Slowly, and only for the cleanest sponsors and assets. The maturity wall is still making lenders cautious. I wouldn't underwrite a leverage recovery into a base case yet.
Is anyone seeing senior leverage come back up?

Feels like seniors have been stuck at conservative LTVs for a while. Any signs of that loosening?
